(RTW) Ready-To-Wear nails are premade nail sets that are ready to be shipped upon purchase. These designs are created in advance and are available for immediate purchase without any customization options.

(MTO) Made-To-Order nails, on the other hand, are custom-made to our client's specifications. Clients have the opportunity to customize their set according to their preferences, including colour, shape, and size. These nails are crafted specifically for each client, allowing for a personalized and unique experience.

Do You Restock (RTW) Nails?

Most of our (RTW) nails are 1/1 freestyle sets. However, we may also offer the nail set as "made-to-order" for a limited time. If the set you like is sold out, please fill out our order form to request a custom order.

My Nails Don't Fit!

No worries! If you've ordered the wrong size or measured incorrectly, you can always purchase replacements for nails that don't fit well. Email us at contact@caramela.ca

We do not offer refunds on incorrect sizing. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate sizing information at the time of placing the order. Please double-check your measurements and size selections before submitting your order.

Custom sizing is available for (MTO) Nails and custom orders only.

The duration of wear highly depends on your nail prep, application method, and lifestyle. If you use your hands a lot, opt for nail lengths extra-short or short.

• Nail Tabs: a few hrs-1 day (temporary wear)
• Nail Glue: Up to 2 weeks (re-glue if necessary)
• Nail Tabs + Glue Method: 3-4 days

Please handle nails with charms delicately as they are more delicate and require extra care during wear.

Processing Time?

All sets are handcrafted with tons of love and care. Our processing time for (RTW) nails is 1-3 business days, while for (MTO) nails, it is 7-14 business days excluding weekends and holidays. This timeframe begins after receiving your order confirmation email and does not include shipping time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that this processing time is subject to change during high-volume periods. You will be notified by email if there are any delays to your order.

• Xpresspost: 3-4 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

United States:

• Tracked Packet: 7-10 business days

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number included to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please be aware that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us (contact@caramela.ca) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

We are based in Canada. For international orders, please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applicable. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential taxes or charges.
